Knitted blanket production is produced with the same sweater and cardigan machines. We have 'Stoll' brand, 3-4-5 Gauge machines, one of the pioneers of knitwear machines. Knitwear production is a slightly different production method than other knitted fabric productions. In flat knitting machines, the product is produced as a whole by drawing the desired pattern on the machine in accordance with the desired size. Yarn bobbins in the number and colors suitable for the desired patterns and colors are connected to the machines. And a product can take between 30 minutes and 120 minutes to complete. As the process increases according to the pattern difficulty of the product, this process is reflected in the cost of the product.

After the product leaves the machine, it enters the ironing process. After the ironing process, the desired labels written by our customers' brand or washing instructions are sewn. Extra tassels etc. if any. Extra detail accessories are also added to the product at this stage. Before the products are packaged, they are checked against the size and knitted slips on the quality control table. Packaging is also made according to customer demands.

Although the knitted blanket seems to gather a little when washed due to the nature of the product, when it is laid, it stretches back to the old size. Before the production stage, every pattern requested by our customers is evaluated together with our customers. Yarn alternatives and pattern alternatives are offered. Alternative solutions are offered so that they can add the product they want to their collections. Another option is when our customers send us their collection themes, we prepare the suitable pattern and color options, turn them into samples and present them to our customers. These collections and models belong strictly to our customers. The pattern of one of our customers cannot be presented to another customer.

The minimum production quantities vary according to the desired yarn quality. No chemical treatment is applied after using certified dyed yarn in our productions. When we make a correct planning from yarn delivery times to packaging, our monthly capacity varies between 8000-10.000 pieces. We always take care to deliver products to our customers on time, with partial shipments based on color and size.
